Tracce di design
Posted on Febbraio 15th, 2008H-art was called to design and develop the web site of “Tracce di design”, project of Fondazione per la scuola, an organization focused on the quality of education system in Italy. It is working with schools supporting them to deal with the changes following the introduction of school self-government.
Tracce di design is a Fondazione per la scuola initiative focused on design as creative, experimental and participated planning path. It includes different activities: a contest for the students called to create a map using the design kit (cards with images and texts to stimulate the creativity), and some workshops for teachers. Moreover the website presents some creative instruments, strange lessons ideas, and interviews to interesting personalities about design, creativity, art, modernity, as suggestions and incentives for a different way to manage the didactical activities.
H-art worked on the website design with the aim to create a nice and easy to use tool for teachers, to promote the contest to the students, and to involve both of them on the design subject. The style is colorful, engaging, clear and dynamic.
The cards element recurs: the cards in the kit are the main tools for the students to be inspired to create the projects for the contest.
