Mobile: our first Open Friday

Here it is our first Open Friday. An opportunity for sharing knowledge and presenting something new and interesting for H-art people. It was the turn of Andrea Pia to talk about Mobile Website and Application .

‘Walled garden becomes open and mobile handset is an IP network leaf ‘, tried to explained Andrea to an audience that sometimes made real effort to understand all these new aspects.

Then was Daniele Pagani’s speech. It couldn’t have been a better occasion for him to share his experience regarding Ubiest, the first project that involved H-art in the mobile world. ‘When they told me to think about mobile I decided to go home, to erase everything I knew about the web, and to start from zero. Patterns and rules that usually work for the web, in fact, don’t do the same for mobile handsets.

Moving the focus on to the Mobile Website will be a challenge for everyone in the company: for the project managers, because everything is new, for the web developers that must learn a lot of new technologies, for the web analysts because the priorities will be different, for the graphic designers, that should express their creativity in less space.
So, Mobile’s challenge is opened and H-art is ready to respond. Stay tuned!
