GOALS

  • Concept a new style for the Capitalia totem service: an instrument that conveys services for citizens and business companies, allows to operate on own banking bill and to show the group’s websites
  • Simplify the fruition of contents through a new organization and management
  • Redefine page layout for the touch screen fruition modality, projecting also the pages that could bring users to searching functions of other partner websites, not thanked for a totem usage
  • Rethink the navigation in the view to make it intuitive and quickly also for the inexpert user

    SOLUTION

The analysis started first to defined the user: an inexpert one, who views the totem as an optional instrument, from which go away if not satisfied. It was designed a totem with simple interface, with clear functions, that do not request efforts in understanding them. The pages have short text descriptions, big clickable buttons and visual inputs, which give quick feedback about the process.
The totem has a fresh and innovative style, internal navigation’s button to orientate users and a reorganization of contents.
The touch screen device brings the choice of light and bright background colour, that could cover up reflexes and fingerprints on it.
